I was born in Fayetteville, AR in 1985, but after just two short years started to move around the country. We moved from Americus, GA to Memphis, TN to Jacksonville, FL back to Memphis then it was abroad to Honduras before heading back to Fayetteville for a quick stint before moving to Panama City, Panama. While I never minded moving I did end up spending my high school years at The Taft School in Watertown, CT. I loved everything about boarding school (and the East Coast), but was excited to head back down South to Hollins University in Virgina. After a year there I realized I needed a bigger school so to Minneapolis, MN I headed. I followed in the footsteps of my grandparents, my aunts and uncles and my mother and attended the University of Minnesota. I rushed and pledged Kappa Kappa Gamma...hence the blog name. I majored in Art History and Spanish and graduated in December of 2006 (a semester early)! After graduation I bid farewell to the frozen tundra and moved back down South, to the state where everything really is bigger in and better. I currently reside in Dallas Texas and I am not sure I could be any happier. I have an amazing family, marvelous friends and the best job in the world! I enjoy traveling, baking and all things pink and green!
