I'm a friend of dee's adventures (real life bff friend) and I popped over to say hi! I just started a blog earlier this month. Like your resolutions. I turn everything off by ten..have for years...and it makes a HUGE difference. That's when I read...makes me feel so much better in the morning! Good luck...and a 5k isn't as hard as it seems. I hate running, too and even I got through one!

With teens in the house, we have a program that automatically shuts off the router at bedtime. This keeps kidos (and moms) from late night surfing. Don't tell but, I secretly have my iphone in case of emergency purchases!

Great list, Hopsy, and cute presentation. We share many resolutions this year! I know you will do great; I have already found that "no screens after 10" is a day changer--unless, of course, it's a two-hour episode of Downton Abbey. I make an exception for that, and I bet you do, too.
