With 2012 being the Queen's Jubilee year and the Olympics Games also starting at the end of the month the British are proudly flying their flags. Not only are they literally flying them, but they have put them on everything imaginable. Whenever I see something extra fun and festive I try to snap a photo. The items below were a few of my festive, patriotic favorites!
Union Jack shorts from NEXT.
Sainsburys was FULL of goodies wrapped in celebratory packaging.
The lighting was awful for this photo, but these Barbour jackets have Swarovski Union Jacks on their left chest. I am seriously tempted to go back for the navy....thoughts?!
Even the Pimm's bottles are decked out. How cute would this look on a bar cart?
The Olympic aisle at the grocery...they even have gummy gold medals. I should probably go back and buy a few bags in the event I get invited to an Opening Ceremony party...
These loafers from Harry's in Burlington Arcade were another favorite of mine. I still need to pop into London Sole to check out their Union Jack ballet flats and then I will decided which pair is destined to come home with me.
This darling grocery tote was a mere £4 and a £1 went to a local charity. The quality puts American totes (or should I say Chinese :) ) to shame. I think I might be dragging Melissa back to Sainsburys to stock up more at this bargain price!
Of course the LuLu Guinness collection was to die for. I would be happy with any of these darling clutches!
A closeup of the Laduree Jubilee box. Again, I might have to go back for another one of these...once in a lifetime, right?

I would definitely go back for the navy! Too cute.
I'm so glad you're having such a wonderful trip! Thanks for sharing all the fun photos! Enjoy! :)
Love it all! I say go for the Barbour coat. You'll have it forever. The reusable shopping tote looks fabulous; it's true that so many items from the U.K. are such a fantastic quality. I got some navy uniform sweaters for the girls a few years ago that lasted for years even though they were washed and worn every day! Enjoy your trip!
Thank you for posting 2 days in a row! All of your London shopping and eating adventures look to-die-for. Safe travels!
Those jackets are really awesome - I am partial to the red, but either way you should totally consider getting one.
