You know I go week in the knees for anything chinoiserie. I have written about The Pink Pagoda on here before and just love everything in her etsy store. I was thrilled to recently win her print-of-choice giveaway on her blog. It was SO hard to pick just one favorite, but I ultimately went with Blue Willow Chinoiserie Platter in Bright Pink. I love my Blue Willow and the pink was just calling my name.
This weekend I decided this print was too lovely to not get up on the wall ASAP so I ran to Michael's in hopes they had a blue mat...since I am all about pink and blue everything these days the platter just needed a blue mat. To my surprise, they had numerous shades of blue, but the navy was what I had in mind so I snatched it up and went home and got to work:
I LOVE the way the pink pops against the blue; the print looks just perfect in the gold frame I think. Tres chic in my opinion. It had a happy place on my living area wall and is now waiting to be joined by some more chinoiserie prints.
A huge thank you to The Pink Pagoda for hosting such a fun giveaway! If you live in the Dallas area, be sure to pop into Lost this week. When I ran in on Saturday I was thrilled to see all TPP prints are buy one, get one! Time to stock up on gifts!

Wow! I'm impressed with how fast you got your print framed and up! Thanks so much for featuring me again. I saw that I have views coming from your site. If you're at Tablescapes today, I hope you're planning to share photos!
Hey- that looks terrific! Love it.
Excellent choice! It looks fabulous!!
I love navy blue and pink together too; they were my wedding colors!
Looks great!!!
I really like the contrast of the pink and blue. Also ot reminds me of the Chinoiserie by Colonial Williamsburg patterns from Caspari! (that's a complement)
