The LORD your God is with you, he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing." Zephaniah 3:17
Tonight I received a truly devastating email from my dear friend Eloise. When it comes to people I am blessed to know Eloise is towards the very top of my list. Not only does she have a HUGE heart, but she a woman of God. I do not have children, but raising children is most certainly the hardest and most rewarding task one is given. However, raising a child with special needs is even tougher. Eloise is a true saint so when she wrote that today was the hardest day in Vivian's sixteen years of life, my heart began to break. The PICU doctor delivered some rather devastating news to this wonderful family this afternoon. However, this news will not be confirmed until sweet Vivian's EEG tomorrow morning. Please pray for this WONDERFUL family during their time of need. Please pray that Eloise and Robert's hearts are at peace and that Vivian's EEG results are consistent to what her doctors have seen in the past. We worship a mighty God and Vivian is a fighter!!
"When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears, and rescues them from all their troubles."
Psalm 34:17

Whenever I hear of sickness or disease in one's body, I am reminded that God made these unique vessels and can cure, redefine and retool them in the blink of an eye.
