Recently, I have been thinking about the wonderful blogging community and how grateful I am to have met so many amazing people through this little blog. Two years ago I participated in a fun little activity that I thought would be fun to bring back.
Are you ready to Pay It Forward??? Here are the rules:
This exchange focuses on doing an act of kindness without expecting anything in return other than that the recipient will pass the kindness along and pay it forward to someone else.
This is how it works: I am going to send something fun, cute, & nice to the first three blog owners (yes, you must have a blog to participate) who post a comment on this entry. I am only able to Pay it Forward in the United States this time around. In turn, those three bloggers will post these rules and pick their first three commenters and repeat. The little treat should be something that will brighten someone's day. It can be something wonderful you made (no food unless you own a business though), bought or were given. Treat ideas include notepads, a headband, lip gloss, a fun CD, the possibilities are endless and on and on goes the giving!
Again, if you'd like to join in be one of the first THREE people to leave me a comment with your email on this particular post. You have to PROMISE that you will then post about this on your blog and then send something to the first three people who sign up to play along through your post. I hope people like this idea. It's a small way to bring a smile to someone's face and little thank you to all who are faithful readers and wonderful web friends!!!
