I just found your blog the other day through Lisa at Privilege and wanted to say how interesting it is and how much I've enjoyed reading it (read the whole thing Hops, the from start to finish).
I'm Australian and we don't really have a preppy culture here and we have no Lily Shops (true story) but we can acccess Martha (Our Domestic Leader) on tv and get our mitts on pink and green products.
You have a very strong sense of self.
You should visit Australia-you'd like it, and your Lily clobber would work well in our beach resorts and in our climate in general.
