It is that time of the week again! WASP Wednesday has arrived for Muffy and I!
This weekend a dear friend send me a fun link to an article on WASPs from the 1990's. If you are familiar with Ivy Style you are sure to have already read it, but it is always a great re-read! Like the majority of pieces on WASPs this too is very cheeky, but true in parts. I have to admit that the photo of the three prep school boys looks pretty familiar. Enjoy and of course, have a very WASPy Wednesday!

Cute article and sooooo true. The tailgate pictures in particular are timeless. xoxo
My High WASP brother is a psychoanalyst. We RULE at neuroses:).
Oh my, it brought a little chuckle to my day! Oh how adorable.

Looks like a funny read. Btw, from one wasp to another, the inner teacher comes out when I see usage of "me/I" incorrectly. The proper use in your post is "wasp week has arrived for Muffy and ME", not "Muffy and I". An easy way to always discern correctly of the two is to break down the sentence into 2 sentences and if they are correct as a single sentence, you're good.
Ex.: "Wasp week has arrived for Muffy" and "Wasp week has arrived for I" sounds bad; BUT "Wasp week has arrived Muffy" and "Wasp week has arrived for ME" is better (and correct). Just my lesson of the day. No criticism intended.
And I'm actually not a true WASP, more of an admirer of the air-of-prepiness it provides. :)
GREAT WASP Wednesday post!!! Happy WW!
