A few weeks back (okay, over a month ago) I had some extra time and wrapping paper remnants lying around so I decided to make some festive decor.
Luckily, hearts are one of the easiest shapes to cut so I was in luck!

I cut out all different sizes then punched two holes in each heart. I then strung extra ribbon through them and made my very own garland.
Of course it is far from fancy, but it is perfect for Valentine's day or even a birthday. I think it would be just was easy to cut out ovals and make Easter egg garland. All you need is some small pieces of your favorite wrapping paper, scissors, ribbon and hole punch...then go to town!
