After I volunteered at Buckner's Shoes for Souls on Saturday I just could not resist popping into Hobby Lobby. There are really no locations too close to me so whenever I am in the neighborhood of a HL I feel a calling to go in.
I know it is not even October, but you can never start shopping for pink and green Christmas items too early. They go FAST! All the ornaments were 40% off last week so of course I grabbed a few.
I loved this flamingo and the alligator. I stood strong and only left with one- I choose the alligator with a bow. The green will look fantastic on my new pink tree!
I have a pink feather tree, but not a tinsel tree. Since this was also 40% I had to make it mine. I am going to hang all pink and green ornaments on this tree and make it extra preppy! I will be sure to take a photograph in December.
Isn't the pink star tree topper divine at $11.99? I might just have to go back in a few weeks...
Oh, how I adore ribbon! I love that there are so many fun options this year. I picked up a few that were on sale during my visit. I cannot wait to pair them with the Lilly holiday paper!
Look at all these pink and green ways to spice up your wreaths and gifts. Love it! Now on to the Halloween aisle.

Boy was it hard to resist both of these festive pink and green signs. However, seeing as I have no yard or patio they are just not a practical purchase. I would have loved to buy one for each of you who emailed to inquire about them, however you can tell they are quite large and cumbersome and would not be easy to ship. You will just have to enjoy the eye candy!
I think this 'Boo to You' would have been my sign of choice. Well, actually, if I had a yard I would probably just have bought both and put one on each side. How cute would that be?!
I thought all this hand painted pink and green pottery would be darling for a birthday tea or luncheon.
Pink and green flowers that last all year! These would surely brighten up even the gloomiest of spaces.
I loved all the pink wire items. They would be fun centerpieces at an event or just whimsical decorative pieces for your home. The price was certainly right!

If you have a store near you, get in the car and speed over!

{sigh} What delightful eye candy! Thank you for sharing. I miss living near a HL.
What cute finds. I can't even go into HL without wandering the seasonal aisles! HL does seem to be a "good" company as well. They are kind of the Chick-fil-a of the crafting stores.
oh so fun! I thought of you last week I was in a Kirkland's in Phoenix and they had pink and green monogram glass bulbs for Christmas (they had red and green ones too), they were $5 each... I took a picture and will post it someday and let you know so you can drop by and see it... in the meantime if you have a Kirkland's near you drop in and see if they have some in stock....
So fun! I've only been to a Hobby Lobby once when I visited Bestie in Atlanta. We don't have them up here.

OMG!!! Don't you just love it!! That Hobby Lobby is better than the one I went to because I didn't see all that pink wire stuff. MUST get that pink wire Eiffel Tower!
P.S. I just remembered your comment about picking me up that Boo sign and OF COURSE I totally forgot to get back to you. You'll have to let me know which one this was and I'm on a search & buy mission!
Oh, how I miss hobby lobby.
Wow, such fun & whimsical things!! I love HL, though many of them have left our area :(
Those pink and green flowers and uber cute!
How cute. I need to head on over to Hobby Lobby.
Such cute stuff!
So Cheerful! I miss not having a Hobby Lobby near by. Thanks for finding and sharing such fun little trinkets!
I have a pink tinsel tree that I LOVE... however I need new ornaments for it. Thanks for showing us the goodies at Hobby Lobby!
For an extra preppy twist, I use an old Lilly scarf for my tree skirt!
I wish I had a Hobby Lobby near me! As a UF alum, that gator would be perfect for my tree :)
I love HL!! It's definitely one of my favorite stores!!
I am spying that pink eiffel tower in the last photo! Hobby Lobby is a fun place to shop. And one of the few businesses closed on Sunday which is refreshing.
Thanks for the tip--now that the girls have moved out their "room" is just for crashing while they visit. I'm doing the tree in there in pink, so I'd better get shopping. Got the lights from Target, now need more ornaments. How fun.
The pink Eiffel Tower is super cute! Too bad my husband would veto it, but I love it! I think a trip to HL is in my near future.
Everything is just too cute! We do not have Hobby Lobby stores around Boston, or anywhere in New England for that matter, we are certainly missing out up here!
I love Hobby Lobby. I'll be sure to pop in there next time I'm in Jacksonville.
I was just in HL this past weekend. However, I refrained from purchasing anything until we move into our new house. This post is making me want to go right now=)
Me toooooo! I cannot wait for the pink and green festivities to begin. And, I just love the pink Halloween decor! Xoxo-BLC
How beautiful! I have not seen much pink and green, but I'm going to keep a lookout for it. A pink and green tree would be adorable in my office (and different from everybody else!) So sweet.
I LOVE Hobby Lobby, but we don't have them in South Florida and I so WANT those pink/green decorations. Can I give you a shopping list and you ship to me? :-) LOL!
I love that flamingo ornament! Adorable! That pink wire eiffel tower would probably make a good dangly earring holder, too!
With all of those fun finds I am impressed you were still able to have so much self control! Beautiful finds!
I need that alligator!
I wish we had an HL up here in Boston! xoxo KAG
I love Hobby Lobby! Be careful with dishes there, though, and read the labels on th back... some are meant for display only, and are not safe to use with food!
Love your finds! If only my husband would let me decorate in pink and green!
I will most def. have to stop by Hobby Lobby now that I know about all these cute, preppy finds! I'm going to try to convince my roommates to do a pink/green themed Christmas!
I've never even set foot in a Hobby Lobby, but oh, what cute things you found there! I may have to take a *field trip* - LOL.
I love our Hobby Lobby. I must hurry over & pick up some of those pink & green lovelies. The ornaments are #1 on my list.
Oh, I wish we had a Hobby Lobby here! Maybe we do? I'll have to look online! All of these pictures are LOVELY! I have a pink tinsel tree as well and picked up the pink lights as you recommended in an earlier post! We are going to have such lovely pink and green Christmas!!!!
I am with Muffy-I am not sure if we have a Hobby Lobby nearby. I will look it up right now!
