Sunday afternoon I returned home from work at 5pm and began to bake my heart out! I made some delicious sugar cookie dough, but since I had quite a few cookies to bake I also cheated and did use some Pillsbury dough. Had I made two more batches of my own dough I would have been up until at least 2am I think! I was clearly not thinking because I forgot how long I would be slaving away in the kitchen, but the end result was well worth it. Plus, who does not like working with a shift cookie cutter and pink and green frosting!?
Here I am ready to bake in my Lilly apron and gold JRs!
Some perfectly cut sugar shifts! If you are in need of a baking sheet this one I have from Williams Sonoma is the best and nothing else compares.
Now they are even yummier!
I outlined each cookie in pink frosting and then covered them in light, lime green colored royal icing. Since it was 9:45pm before I was done with this step the rest of the decoration is VERY sub-par. I apologize. However, they taste good and they are pink and green so that is what matters!

Each cookie is packaged up and ready to travel to the city. I made Lilly stickers to adorn every little package. I cannot wait to share these with fellow bloggers tonight!
