There really are no words to express my current excitement. AH!!!I just received an email from Martha Stewart that I HAVE BEEN SELECTED TO BE ON THE LILLY PULITZER JUBILEE SHOW!!! The entire show is being dedicated to Lilly Pulitzer and all guests must wear Lilly. I of course am planning to wear a shift, but which one is the question?! I am in utter awe and cannot believe another Lilly dream is coming true! I never guessed when I dressed up as Martha in pink and green for Halloween that this would be in my future!! I honestly was just telling BBF L and Muffy that I had a sense I would not be selected as there are many more dedicated Lilly fanatics out there. However, just when you think all is lost life turns around. Just like that November day, today and March 11th are and will be two of the most exciting days of my life (right up there with the day I get engaged and married should that ever happen) as they are filled with all things preppy and pink and green!

Congratulations to you...you lucky preppy girl! How exciting:-) I must say that my pick for an outfit would be the pink & black Lilly--I believe the outfit you wore to the Lilly headquarters???? That entire outfit is my favorite and it's so, so cute! You will look adorable in whatever you choose!

That is awesome!!! When will it be on, so we can all tape it? I went to our Lilly store this morning and had the most fun picking up a new dress for my daughter and also watching the ladies unpack a new shipment of clothes. I thought I had died and gone to heaven!! Such beautiful new things for spring/summer. I know you are about to bust with your good news. It is not Friday the 13th for you, is it? I'll be there too! I let out a little "omg" in the middle of teaching when I opened up the email. Me and 2 bffs (I requested 3 tickets) are coming from nc for the ultimate girls trip!!! Now to figure out what to wear!
