Wow! I had NO idea the swap would be such a hit! I am beyond excited to start working on pairings so we can all get to work! However, I did want to reiterate something first. It has come to my attention that some December swaps were sadly not carried out by all parties. Though in the end I have no control on whether or not someone follows through I want to remind you all that if you sign up for the Pink Swap you are signing up to send AND receive a package. While it is wonderful to be on the receiving end this is a two way street. If you do not feel as if you are able to carry out this commitment please delete your comment or send me an email. As I stated in the ruled it is not fair to the other participants plus it is just rude. This is meant to be fun for all those involved and I know we can make this perfect if we are just willing to play by the rules! I have very high hopes!! Again, please leave a comment on the PINK SWAP post WITH YOUR EMAIL (you will NOT be given a partner if you do not leave your email with you comment- comments without emails will be deleted) and check back on Sunday for your pairing! Start preparing because I have a feeling this is going to be beyond fabulous!

I got burned with a Christmas swap. Christmas!
I was so bummed. I had gotten things custom made and everything. I was so excited. Hope my partner at least LIKED her presents...

I was so annoyed when i heard one of the fabulous women from my swap didn't receive a package that Mini K and I went out on Christmas to put a package together for you! This post was a good one, because after you put the time and effort into a package you not only want a package in return, but one that was put together with the same effort as your own. Sorry just my 2 cents. Thanks for organizing..I think this might be the most people I have ever seen sign up for a swap...so your New year's resolution is a HUGE success.
Thanks for posting this, I participated in a Christmas swap and spent a ton of time and money picking out great gifts for my partner. We were suppose to spend $25. I got two pipe cleaner snowflake ornamenets that she made. It was awful, she knew the rules but didn't follow them.
This is exactly why I can't participate! It's making me so sad, but I know I am too busy to put together the kind of package I want to receive. I am so sorry to miss out, but after seeing this post, I am glad I decided to sit it out. I hope you do another one soon so I can participate!

Aw! How sad for someone to not receive after they worked hard to send a package! I would like to think I was a good swap partner for the first and only swap I've been in. I sent the package on time, and I bought all things that I would want!! I can't wait!
I have participated in two swaps and have been delighted beyond my expectations. I had two awesome swap partners.. so for the good girls let's say Hoooray! xo

I have also been burned..."preppy" was not in her vocab I guess, however, I was lucky enough to be paired w/ Landlocked Mermaid and her goodies were wonderful! Looking forward to another good swap, thanks for hosting.

I haven't had the best of luck with a few swaps and it's very disappointing especially when I put so much thought, effort and money into it. I told myself I wasn't going to do anymore swaps but when I saw your "Pink and Preppy Swap", I just couldn't pass it up because it is so me. Thanks so much for orgnaizing it.
