Dearest readers, I do not think I have to remind you all to vote today since I know you all are very intelligent. I hope everyone has a delightful day. I will be volunteering at the polls from 7am until 7pm. If you live in HP email me and I will let you know where I am working so that we can perhaps run into one another. I am wearing a very patriotic outfit (inspired by my BFF Muffy): navy J Crew city fit capris, a Tory Burch white polo, a red sweater around my shoulders (since it is still 80 in Dallas it will stay around my shoulders), gold TB Revas, a navy and red paisley J Crew headband, my big pearl earrings and necklace, my gold charm bracelet and I will be carrying my blue, croc bag from Catherine. I think it will be a darling election outfit and keep with things patriotic and preppy! Have a WONDERFUL day and I will make sure to try and check into everyone's blogs at some point in the evening!Tuesday, November 4, 2008

Oh I just saw the cutest little outfit at the polls. Our poll worker was wearing the most beautiful red, white, and blue ensamble I have ever seen.
It made me smile. It was nice to see that she had put a lot of thought into her outfit for the day!

Why on earth is your heart breaking? Hope has triumphed over racism and fear - the reactions of McCain supporters at his concession speech was SO tacky, shouting out obscenties. Obama's supporters were classy and clapped for McCain.
I am SO happy that civilized people have turned their backs on fear and ignorance and I hope that the criminals in the White House right now are prosecuted for war crimes.
