Winners!!

Today has been such a big day! It is the first Friday of October and life is just wonderful. As promised I picked my giveaway winner just moments ago. In the past I have used a random number generator, but it always picks a number in the middle of all the comments so it is not 100% fair in my opinion. This time around I printed all the comments off, cut and shuffled them, put them in a huge shopping bag which I shook up and then I drew out....
Mona's comment! She is the GRAND prize winner!!
However, since so many people entered I decided to pull two other names to which I promise to send some fun paper products:
and
Suburban Prep (she was my very first, non-friend commenter!)
are the additional winners! If you could each drop me an email with your initials and mailing address it would be much appreciated! Thank you all for entering and be on the lookout for another giveaway in the coming months. I already have something splendid planned for my post Lilly warehouse sale trip!!
Also, in Hopsy's news today: I finally decided on a dress for next week! I appreciated all your comments and was completely split on whether to order the black or the orange dress. However, I went to look at the orange again and my size was GONE! It was a very sad moment, however I took this as a sign that the black dress was the one I to wear next Friday night. The eBay seller I worked with is the best seller I have ever encountered. She was lightening fast in responding to my many questions and even offered to end the auction early for me. We agreed on a set price this morning and she has already shipped my dress off this afternoon. Talk about great customer service! Though I typically wear a size bigger than this dress, I have a very, very, very small chest so I think this should work (at least my fingers are crossed that we can get it buttoned up!). I am so excited for our event and will be sure to take photos to share with you all.
I hope you all have marvelous weekend's and enjoy the start of your fall!!

Mona is so excited and says, "thank you!". Her info message is in your "in box".

Um, it's against ebay's terms of service to end an auction early for one bidder.

Thank you so much.
I am so excited.

As for a blog. I am just an idiot when it comes to being anywhere near tech savvy.

kappa prep, i love your blog. i have been trying to brainstrom halloween costume ideas and was wondering if you had any input because i love your style.

i am a senior in college and halloween is on a friday so there is a big party. i want to put together a great costume, but most ones available (atleast online) for women look very trashy. I want to look cute, but not like a stripper.

Do you have any ideas? Or can you think of anything from when you were in college that you liked?

Thank you so much,

Megan

Hey! Love the black! Have fun at the party. Molly and I are coming in for OU/Texas.
Question: Do you have a monogram shop that you use? There are NO monogram shops here in Denver and I need to monogram some of Molly's clothes while we are there.
I seem to remember one in Snider Plaza close to Peek in the Attic, but didn't know if it was the best one to use.
Thanks.

Love the dress - think it will be great at the TX/OU party, especially if the weather is as pretty as it has been lately here!

The restaurant where we celebrated Dots's birthday is on Greenville between Walnut Hill and Meadow. It's like a low key version of Benihana - family-run and not as crowded.

Have a good weekend!

Great choice! Love the look of a little black dress and pearls. Can't wait to see the pics!

Molly,

Snider Plaza does still have the monogram shop -- it's near that Cisco Grill. However they take awhile - at least a week usually.
