1, 2 or 3 for the Tobacco Leaves??

As soon as my mother bought her lovely Tobacco Leaf lamp earlier this year I decided I had to get my hands on a pair. While I adore everything Mottahedeh makes I currently cannot justify spending $1850 on one lamp (I would have to spend $3700 total because I am buying a pair) so I scoured the internet and found these lovelies:

The best thing about this selection is not one of these lamps is over $175, amazing is it not!? I just love the Tobacco Leaf pattern and feel it is such a classic staple. I plan to buy a pair of these lamps and then do my living round around them. There are so many colors you can bring in and numerous beautiful fabrics as well. I am still debating on a favorite (I am leaning a bit more towards the third... I think) so I thought I would ask you all for your help. Also, if you come up with anything else please do not hesitate to let me know! You all have such amazing search skills and wonderful taste that I would love to hear from you.

Guess what my china pattern is? Mottahedeh Tobacco Leaf! I adore these lamps. I have an urn shaped one in the living room right now! Like I've said before, you are my blog sister!

Oh, yes, my vote is for #3 as well. Classic lines and proportion. You can't go wrong.

I like the third one too. The lamp shade is better on that one. You have fabulous taste!

You have great tastes... I have 2 of the same pattern lamps and they are gorgeous and match every color you could think of! Mine aren't pictured on your blog but I love the third one you posted. Excellent choice!

I don't have any urn shaped lamps. I do, however, have several ginger jar lamps. I'll post my favorite on my blog! The third of the Tobacco Leaf is my favorite!

I like the 3rd one the best. I think it looks more modern and substantial if that makes any sense.

i adore #3! such a great shape and just the right amount of pattern - a fab place to start off the living room decor :)

if you don't mind, i would love to know where you found them -- we're just now looking for a new house and a pair of these would be a great addition!

I, like everyone else love #3. I personally love the tobacco leaf trumpet style lamps for end tables becasue the bases take up less space on a table than the ginger jar style. The trumpet lamps are also pretty affordable, Mottahedeh's suggested retail price for the trumpet lamp is only $450.

Hi, just popped over from somewhere and wanted to add my 2 cents. Make sure you get the right height for where you want to put your lamps. # 3 is cute but looks like it would be too short for end tables, 27" is a good height.
Sorry to but in unintroduced but out of proportion lamps are one of my pet peeves.
Love the Tobacco Leave pattern. You may already know but Andrea Sadak by Charles Sadak makes many Tobacco Leaf repoductions. We used to carry them in our store.
