It's a Toss up!

Goodness, gracious is it ever getting hot here in Dallas! I guess I forgot how hot TX gets this winter and I mean after all I was really only here for about three weeks last summer. I do love the warm weather especially when I am able to enjoy the air conditioning as needed. Plus, I have no right to complain seeing as I will be enjoying the gorgeous, English country side weather in T minus 5 days!
Finally, as promised I am back to sharing the retail love. After getting the stimulus checks we need to get busy and boost the economy with at least a third! I will admit I spent a little of mine, but put the rest into savings and donated almost half to my boarding school's annual fund. I am sure some of you have heard of the lovely Toss Designs, but for those of you who are not they have the best gift items and not too mentions they are beyond adorable. It is not too often you come across loads of items you are dying to give (or have) that do not cost and arm and a leg. Their products are so fun and durable that you must check them out. Also, for those of you that frequent TJ Maxx keep your eyes peeled for the pink and lime or aqua and lime Turtle pattern cosmetic pouches and bags. I have spotted them at several Dallas locations with prices starting as low as $7.99 and going up to $19.99 for the large, handled cosmetic bag. They are a real steal...I am sorting of wishing I had picked some up now, but more gift items are really the last thing I need! While out and about today I did spot this lovely Kate Spade, trifold, pink calendar I have being eyeing since I graduated and since it was half off I thought I should indulge. I mean $35 for anything KS is a steal!
